Generally not to the same extent. Woolooware sits on the sheltered bay rather than facing the surf, so airborne salt is meaningfully lower than a few kilometres east. For most homes here standard fittings are fine, with the exception of hot water systems, where checking the sacrificial anode every few years is still worthwhile. If your property is directly on the water we'd spec up for external work, but away from the frontage it's an unnecessary cost.
