Blocked Drains & Drainage Services in Sydney.

Same-day for most of Sydney if you call before early afternoon, and we run 24/7 emergency callouts for overflowing sewers. Most standard blockages are cleared within the hour once we're on site.

Repeat blockages usually mean tree roots, a cracked or collapsed pipe, or a belly in the line — not bad luck. A CCTV camera down the drain shows the cause in minutes, and we give you the footage and a written repair quote.

Both. Electric drain machines suit internal fixtures, while high-pressure jet rodding is far more effective on sewer and stormwater lines because it scours the full bore of the pipe instead of drilling a hole through the blockage.

Sometimes — policies often cover damage caused by the blockage rather than the clearing itself. We provide CCTV footage and written reports that you can submit with a claim.

Keep fats and oils out of the kitchen sink, fit strainers on shower and floor wastes, and flush nothing but paper down the toilet — wet wipes are behind a huge share of Sydney blockages even when labelled flushable. If mature trees sit near your sewer line, an annual jet-rod and root treatment costs far less than an emergency callout every winter.

Everything on your side of the connection point to the main is the property owner's responsibility, which covers most blockages we attend. When our camera shows the fault sitting in Sydney Water's main or a council stormwater asset, we tell you straight away and point you to the right authority instead of charging you for a repair that isn't yours.
