We handle all plumbing stages of a renovation — strip-out, rough-in, and fit-off — and work in with your builder, waterproofer and tiler. We don't tile or waterproof ourselves, but we can recommend trades we trust.

It's usually a failed waterproofing membrane, a cracked shower base or a leaking valve in the wall. We pressure-test the pipework first, so you never pay to re-tile a bathroom when the actual fault was a worn valve.

Taps, toilets and appliance connections are usually same-week, often same-day. Small jobs are welcome — there's no minimum job size and no call-out fee.

For an apartment, usually yes once the work goes beyond like-for-like fixture swaps. Anything touching waterproofing, relocating fixtures or altering common pipework generally needs owners corporation consent, and some buildings require it in writing before trades start. We've worked under plenty of strata by-laws and can supply the licence details, insurance certificates and scope description your strata manager will ask for.

Braided flexi hoses are one of the most common causes of internal flooding in Australian homes — they fail without warning and release mains-pressure water until someone shuts it off. Check them for rust spots, fraying or kinks, and replace any hose older than about ten years. While we're at your place for other work, we'll happily inspect every flexi in the house at no charge.
