Privacy policy.
Plain English, like everything else we do: we collect only what we need to fix your plumbing, we protect it, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you call us, submit a quote form or book a job we collect the details we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and a description of the plumbing issue. If you engage us, we also hold job records, quotes, invoices and payment records.
Our website does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you just for browsing.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, schedule and perform plumbing work, issue compliance certificates where required by law, invoice for completed work, and honour warranties. We may contact you about servicing due dates (for example annual backflow or TMV testing) where that is part of the service you engaged us for.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Job details are shared only where necessary to deliver the service: with our own licensed technicians, with regulators where lodgement is legally required (for example backflow test results lodged with Sydney Water), and with service providers that support our business such as accounting and scheduling software. Those providers are bound to handle information only for the purpose we supply it.
Storage & security
Records are stored in access-controlled systems available only to staff who need them. We keep job and compliance records for as long as the law and warranty obligations require, then delete or de-identify them.
Access & correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
